Shipping/Orders
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship within Singapore. Shipping is a flat $5 fee per order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately and we will try to help where possible.
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for opened items.

How do I store chilli oil and condiments?
Storage depends on the product:
Furikake & Chilli Oil — store in a cool, dry place
Clam XO & Sambal — refrigerate after opening
For best flavour, keep products sealed and away from heat and light.
How long do your products last?
Our products are made in small batches without unnecessary additives. Shelf life varies by product, but most will last several months when stored properly. Refer to the label for exact details.
Are your products halal-certified?
Our products are not halal-certified. However, our products does not contain pork/lard or alcohol. If you have specific dietary concerns, please reach out and we’ll be happy to provide more details.
How do I use chilli oil?
Add chilli oil as a finishing touch to your food. It works well with rice, noodles, eggs, dumplings, and even simple dishes that need more flavour. A small spoon can add heat, aroma, and crunch.
What is XO sauce used for?
XO sauce is a savoury, umami-rich condiment. Use it in fried rice, noodles, vegetables, or as a topping to add depth to simple meals.
What can I add to rice to make it taste better?
Simple toppings make a big difference. Chilli oil, furikake, or XO sauce can instantly add flavour, texture, and aroma to plain rice.
