Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping. Our products are only available for delivery in Singapore. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
Domestic (Singapore): 2–5 business days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can keep an eye on its progress.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order is confirmed, it’s processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. However, if you’ve made an error, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to accommodate any necessary changes.

How do I store your products?
To preserve the freshness and flavour of your products:
Tingly Chilli Oil: Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is not required.
Clam XO: Keep in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is recommended after opening.
Brown Butter Granola: Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place for optimal freshness.
Furikake: Keep in an airtight container to maintain crispness and flavour.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product, and we’ll work with you to resolve it. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened items. Please double-check your order before confirming.

Are your products halal-certified?
Our products are not halal-certified. Some items contain alcohol as part of the cooking process, and there may be traces of pork-derived ingredients. If you have specific dietary concerns, please reach out and we’ll be happy to provide more details.
